Nancy Gill - Founder & Managing Director
Nancy Gill is the founder and managing director of MindShiftCM. She has over 20 years of experience in organizational change management within both private and public sectors, including Healthcare, Manufacturing, Public Safety, Financial Services and Insurance. Nancy began her consulting career working with the professional services firm Deloitte.
Nancy has successfully delivered on many enterprise-level transformations, including implementations of Electronic Health Records (EHRs), Electronic Medical Records (EMRs), Records Management Systems, Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) solutions, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. Nancy supports clients through the full spectrum of change, empowering them from early discovery and planning through to sustained success and continuous improvement.
Nancy is certified in Prosci ADKAR and BRMP (Business Relationship Management Professional). She has training in adult learning theory and GenAI applications in business.
In her spare time, Nancy enjoys travelling, golfing, hiking, and spending quality time with family and friends.
